Justin Kubala joined Gulf Coast in December 2019 as an inside sales representative and was promoted to management in September 2019. He brought with him 10 years of customer service experience within the insurance industry and has accounted for about $24 million in sales during his time with Gulf Coast. His vision for Gulf Coast is to create an experience that customers can rely on and to establish solid partnerships with contractors to help make their day-to-day easier. Kubala wants the customer service team to be a resource, from planning to completed installation.

Kubala earned an Associate of Science in Business Management from the College of Central Florida.
