2024 Full Program Rules
Registration is required.
Accumulation of reward dollars begins at time of enrollment and is not retroactive. Reward dollars can be redeemed after each quarter. Redemption period is 2 weeks at the beginning of the following quarter.
Program quarters
- 1: January 1 – March 31
- Q2: April 1 – June 30
- Q3: July 1 – September 30
- Q4: October 1 – December 31
Reward dollar redemption periods
- April 1 – 14, 2024
- July 1 – 14, 2024
- October 1 – 13, 2024
- January 6 – 19, 2025
Account must be in good standing prior to redemption of rewards dollars.
Prepay, credit card and term accounts eligible.
Program extended to Gulf Coast Supply customers who spend at least $25,000 per quarter. If a Platinum Roofer does not accumulate $25,000 or more in a quarter:
- 1st notice: 30 days
- 2nd notice: 60 days
- Removed from program: full quarter
* Reward dollars do not carry over. Reward dollars must be used within the redemption period. Any reward dollars not used within the redemption period will automatically be applied as an account credit. Customers must spend $50,000 in the quarter to be eligible for a cash rebate.
You will receive an email with redemption instructions at the beginning of each redemption period. Please note that redemption eligibility requires minimum quarterly spend has been met and account is in good standing.
