During her three years at Gulf Coast Supply as the Inventory Control Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, Charity Harris has been instrumental to the company’s growth in the Southeast Region. Gulf Coast Supply is excited to announce that Charity has been promoted to Montgomery Plant Supervisor. In her new role, she will support the Montgomery Plant Manager in driving the primary manufacturing metrics of safety, quality and plant performance.
Charity served in the military for 10 years as a help desk technician prior to joining the team at Gulf Coast. Since joining the company as an Administrative Assistant over two years ago, she has gained extensive experience assisting with operations at the Montgomery facility. Her favorite part about working at Gulf Coast Supply is the fact that there is always something to do and she gets the chance to learn something new every day. She encourages herself and others to keep an open mind and enjoys the fact that she has had the opportunity to grow as not only an employee but as an individual. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, crafting and creating gift baskets for others.
