I am pleased to share with you news about coming changes to Gulf Coast Supply & Manufacturing, LLC’s leadership structure.
Harry Yeatman has decided to move into retirement after 9.5 years of extraordinary leadership at Gulf Coast. Effective September 30, 2026, Harry will step down as President and will become Senior Advisor of the Company. On September 30, 2026, Shawn Kirk will assume the role of President of Gulf Coast, and Jordan Graham will be promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Vice President. Please join me in thanking Harry for his leadership of our Company and join me in congratulating Shawn and Jordan on their new roles.
Since Harry joined Gulf Coast in April 2017, he has significantly strengthened and grown our Company, expanding the scope of our business both geographically and in terms of the exceptional customers that we serve. Under Harry’s guidance and with the strong team that he has assembled, we have been able to see and experience significant growth and profitability potential at Gulf Coast. Harry has led the transformation of Gulf Coast from a local business to a leading regional manufacturer and distributor of high-quality metal roofing products, and we are grateful to him.
Over the past two years, Harry and I have worked closely with Shawn Kirk to prepare Shawn for his transition to assuming the leadership role at Gulf Coast. Shawn has been a major contributor to our expansion and success over his past 9 years with the Company, and he has led our efforts to become a best-in-class manufacturer of highest quality metal roofing products with the service and short lead times that are necessary to support the important business needs and objectives of our customers. We are both confident and excited about the future for Gulf Coast under Shawn’s leadership.
Since joining the Company in July 2021, Jordan Graham has been a key member of the management team at Gulf Coast, and he has been instrumental in the development of various improved processes in our Company. We are looking forward to Jordan’s continued valuable contributions to the growth and development of Gulf Coast in his important leadership role.
As we move into this next chapter for Gulf Coast, we are grateful to Harry and to our many employees who have contributed to the development of our Company. At the same time, we look forward with much excitement and confidence about what lies ahead for Gulf Coast. Under the strong leadership team that we have at Gulf Coast, we expect to continue our growth and progress alongside our valued customers.
