Pablo Mila joined Gulf Coast as regional sales manager for the Florida/Caribbean in February 2022. He has previously served as territory sales manager, regional sales manager, and chief operating officer within the metal roofing industry. In addition to his responsibilities with Gulf Coast, Mila serves on an advisory panel to parents and athletes being recruited to his alma mater high school. His vision for Gulf Coast is to make the territory sales managers the best sales team in the USA.

Mila attended the University of Florida college of civil engineering.
